Power / Reset Issues

Sent this email to Epilog on 2/24/2021:
Hello,We have an Epilog Helix, serial number 8050-131 247 524 12R.We’ve had this happen twice in the past two months: – User turns machine on, sends job, starts job
 – Machine starts running as expected – Machine stops and goes through boot up sequence (rehomes itself and we see the normal boot sequence on the LCD) – Job Queue is emptyIt’s as if we’ve momentarily lost power, but we can’t find any evidence of there being an issue with: – The Electrical Circuit the machine is plugged into – Brownouts – Loose Power Cables – User / anything bumping into the power switch or power cablesDoes this sound familiar to you/any advice?Thank you!
